I focus my practice on helping children, adolescents, and adults manage their anxieties, enjoy their relationships, and thrive in their daily lives. I also enjoy working with families to help facilitate communication and growth. Knowing where you have been and what thoughts and experiences have shaped you or your child’s life will help us know what is needed next.

The foundation for change is a trusting relationship, and finding a good fit between yourself and your therapist is a critical part of getting the help you need. I have provided information here about how I view therapy; if it seems like a fit, I am happy to talk with you to see if I can be of help.
